Cafe de la Princesa

The Cafe de la Princesa is located in a beautiful 14th century palace in the heart of the Borne district near landmarks such as the Picasso Museum, the Santa Maria del Mar church and the Borne municipal market. The restaurant is built with history and opened in 1999 after a construction period of 2 years, the palace was reopened and is now being used as a unique mixture of gastronomy, culture, shopping and art. This concept attracted many other businesses and the area quickly converted into a trendy and culturally appealing zone of Barcelona. The restaurant itself offers high quality food with a Mediterranean focus, but it still utilizes international influences. There are often times many cultural events such as art exhibitions near the restaurant.
